   We (WooSung Chorus Industries) are doing business as a manufacture of various guitar parts and amplifiers for many years.
   Once you start business with us, you will be never disappointed with our great support & service.
   From now on I will let you know how to contact with us with following basic Trade Sales Term.

 GENERAL INFORMATION.
   Basically Our Export Price List is based on FOB Korea and we have minimum
   Q'ty per model (written in the Price list) and minimum amount
   per order(U$2,000.00) limited under 20items-belows for more details. But these minimum rule is not be applied for the samples order.
   Please note we pack goods in bulk but upon request, we do individual package service such as shrink, showcase with additional cost.

 HOW TO ORDER
   You can see our all of products from our web page at http://www.wscmusic.com or Catalog.
   After decide what you order, contact with us without any hesitation by e-mail
   sales@wscmusic.com and wscpus@kotis.net or fax to 82-32-543-7941.
   This e-mail and Fax is on 24hours a day and 7days a week.
   When you order, please use our order form or any paper you might have to order.
   You can find the order form in our homepage and Catalog,
   just write what you would like to be offered such as model code, model name, color,
   Q'ty and others if you have special note for us then just send us.
   Please make sure your name including company name and address are legibly written on the order form.
   If you do all right, you can receive Pro-Forma invoice in a day!

 HOW TO PAY AND DELIVER
   At present payment currency is US dollars.
   Our general acceptable payment is Wire Transfer but also abailable with the International Money order or check for the sample order.
   Sooner after we receive your payment, we start to process your order and will be shipped in 2weeks.
   For the fast progress of your order, it will be very helpful that you fax T/T application copy for our reference.

 HOW TO SHIP AND MINIMUM
   Generally we ship via Air Freight and by customer request, we ship via Express Courier Service such as
   DHL, UPS,FEDEX, EMS (EMS is limited only Freight Prepaid).
   Please note following our minimum rule.
   1) Ship via Air Freight : If invoice value under U$2,000.00, we charge you $95.00 for the handling charge.
   2) Ship via Ocean      : If invoice value under U$10,000.00, we charge you $145.00 for the trucking charge.
   3) Sample Sending     : We usually send via Express Courier Service with Freight Collect.

   We do our best to keep the price down but unfortunately such things as inflation of the exchange rate,
   scarcity of materials work against us.
   We can often count on an increase of the prices with each new shipment, and so of course,
   we must assume the right to change prices without notice.

 PRICE CHANGES
   Due to varying manufacturing Costs, Price shown in this catalog are subject to change without any notice.
